Who we are, what we do & why
QC Recoveries started life as a small recovery company set up by two independent recovery specialists who both felt that the mainstream companies had lost focus on the customer. From this small beginning, our fleet has grown exponetionally as we have taken on more and more customers from across the UK. Since our initial beginnnings, we have offices set up in both Middlesex and Kent so that we can easily provide support to our customers anywhere in London or the home counties.
We are proud of our well maintained fleet of light/heavy recovery units, slide beds and low loaders that are on standby to deal with any situation or incident that befalls our customers. Everything from simple breakdowns and flat tyres to road traffic incidents and trailer repairs are all in a day’s work. We also have extensive storage facilities and a dedicated storage team who can liaise with all authorities, insurance companies and salvage agents on your behalf.
Our aim is to become known as the best recovery companies in the area and being our customers first point of call whenever they have a problem. Due to us constantly striving for success we have developed a loyal customer base of trade and commercial customers and contractors. We aim to deliver a great service, fast response times, and be trusted to provide a first class service, day or night regardless of the weather conditions.
The more jobs we accomplish the more customers we can satisfy. As we achieve our company goals, we aim to further enhance our customer service by reinvesting back into the business - expanding, purchasing more recovery vehicles, having the latest equipment, more staff and in the near future the ability to recover all vehicles of all shapes and sizes.
Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard, serviced monthly and are cleaned inside and out. We deliver a Professional & Reliable service and will continue to do our best for our customers.
